Shipping Information

When sending your items we will endeavor to take all the necessary steps so that it arrives safely.  If the items are over $50 we would advise using a tracking number to follow your parcel.  We can quote on this for postage if required.

We have three sizes of white padded envelopes.

Small Postage $10.00

Medium Postage $15.00

Large Postage $25.00

Boxes will be quoted on by Australia Post and a tracking number supplied.

At Paws Plus Claws we only charge for the cost of the postage and the packaging for your parcel.

We deliver all over the world at your expense.

If there is a genuine problem with your product, we will replace that product once the faulty product has been received.

If you buy something and decide its really not quite what you were wanting, we do not take responsibility for this, so please choose carefully.

We advise that while cats are playing with their toys that you keep a watchful eye.  Although we do our best to road test all products, there is always that one cat that defies all the odds.
