Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we will not offer an exchange based on you changing your mind after purchase.
We will exchange your item if, your item has arrived damaged.  For this we will need to have the item returned to us, so we can take it up with the manufacturer or Australia Post.
An exchange, will not be issued if the fault is not directly to do with the quality and manufacturing of the item in its original state, in its original packaging.  Damage must have been done in transit, not from opening and using the item.
We will, if deemed appropriate, replace your item with one exactly the same as purchased unless that item is out of stock then you will be given the opportunity to choose another item or receive a credit at our store for the same value.
Once your faulty item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and a replacement item sent to you promptly.

 

At Paws Plus Claws we only charge for the cost of the postage and the packaging for your parcel.
We deliver all over the world at your expense.
If there is a genuine problem with your product, we will replace that product once the faulty product has been received.
If you buy something and decide its really not quite what you were wanting, we do not take responsibility for this, so please choose carefully.
We advise that while cats are playing with their toys that you keep a watchful eye.  Although we do our best to road test all products, there is always that one cat that defies all the odds.
